Returns
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and Unworn: The item should be in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags attached.
- In Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (such as lingerie and swimwear) for hygiene reasons

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@strin-clothing.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
